1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
You can request a return or exchange if:
You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Used or washed products
Items without original packaging or tags
Personal care, hygiene products, or innerwear
Items bought on clearance/sale (unless damaged)
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please:
Contact us via Facebook, email, or phone within 3 days of delivery
Provide your order number and a photo/video of the issue
Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team
4. Return Shipping
For wrong or damaged items: We will cover the return shipping cost.
For other reasons (e.g., change of mind): Customer must bear the return shipping cost.
5. Exchange Process
Exchanges will be processed and shipped after the returned product is verified.
6. Important Notes
Please do not return any product without prior confirmation.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
