  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Personal care, hygiene products, or innerwear

  • Items bought on clearance/sale (unless damaged)

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please:

  2. Provide your order number and a photo/video of the issue

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team

4. Return Shipping

  • For wrong or damaged items: We will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind): Customer must bear the return shipping cost.

5. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges will be processed and shipped after the returned product is verified.
